    Division Order Supervisor

     

    System One is partnering with a client seeking a Division Order Supervisor who will be responsible for establishing, maintaining, and updating Division of Interest (DOI) records for wells, leases, and production units while ensuring compliance with contractual, regulatory, and accounting requirements. This role interprets title opinions and ownership documents, manages interest transfers, resolves suspense and ownership discrepancies, and ensures accurate setup within upstream accounting systems such as Enertia. Serves as the primary point of contact for royalty and working interest owners, supports audits and client onboarding, and partners with accounting and technology teams to improve processes, system conversions, and internal controls. Provides mentorship to junior staff and collaborates closely with client teams to resolve ownership issues impacting revenue distribution and JIBs.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s degree preferred; 7+ years of oil & gas division order, ownership, or land administration experience; strong title interpretation skills; Enertia or comparable system proficiency; excellent attention to detail, communication, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

    Work Environment:

    Full-time, in-office role based in Tulsa, OK.
