    Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist (Temporary Assignment - W-2 ONLY)

     

    Hours:Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

     

    Pay Rate: $30-$35 per hour (depending on experience)

     

    Duration:Initial term of approximately 1 month, with potential extension up to 2 years

     

    We are seeking aRecruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialistfor a contract position located in Midtown Manhattan. Must commute to the office daily. You will screen, interview and present potential applicants that will be part of a consulting team that is working on a special project. This is a critical role requiring strong organizational and communication skills to identify and onboard qualified professionals quickly and efficiently.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Screen and evaluate resumes to ensure candidates meet qualification requirements.

    + Conduct interviews with qualified applicants to assess their ability to perform assignments effectively and within required timelines.

    + Collaborate with the hiring team to recommend top candidates.

    + Maintain accurate records of candidate evaluations and interview outcomes.

    Qualifications

    + Proven experience in recruiting or talent acquisition (government or on-profit experience preferred).

    + Strong interviewing and assessment skills.

    + Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

    + Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
