Job Summary:-

As a Sr. Tableau Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing data-driven solutions using Python Snowflake Tableau and Google Analytics. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance data visualization and reporting capabilities. Your expertise will contribute to optimizing business processes and driving strategic decision-making in a hybrid work model.

Responsibilities

+ Develop and implement data visualization solutions using Tableau to enhance business insights and decision-making processes.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective data models and dashboards.

+ Utilize Google Analytics to analyze web traffic and user behavior providing actionable insights to improve digital strategies.

+ Ensure data accuracy and integrity by conducting regular audits and implementing best practices for data management.

+ Optimize existing Tableau dashboards and reports to improve performance and user experience.

+ Provide technical support and guidance to team members on Tableau and Google Analytics functionalities.

+ Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in data analytics and visualization tools to drive innovation.

+ Conduct training sessions and workshops to empower stakeholders with the knowledge to leverage data effectively.

+ Work closely with business analysts to understand key performance indicators and develop metrics for tracking success.

+ Implement data governance policies to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

+ Collaborate with IT teams to integrate Tableau and Google Analytics with other business intelligence tools.

+ Participate in project planning and execution ensuring timely delivery of data solutions.

+ Contribute to the continuous improvement of data analytics processes to enhance organizational efficiency. Qualifications

+ Possess a strong proficiency in Tableau with a proven track record of developing complex dashboards and reports.

+ Demonstrate expertise in Google Analytics with the ability to interpret data and provide strategic recommendations.

+ Hold a bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.

+ Have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment.

+ Exhibit strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

+ Show a commitment to staying updated with industry trends and advancements in data analytics technologies.

The annual salary for this position is between $83,000 – $ 107,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
