Job Summary:

We are seeking a visionary and results-driven candidate with deep expertise in AI/ML strategy, product management, and innovation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving technological advancements and business growth across diverse sectors, including technology and entertainment. This role requires a strategic thinker who can translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies and compelling narratives.

In this role, you will:

+ Develop and implement AI-powered solutions to enhance customer experiences, optimize content delivery, and drive revenue growth.

+ Lead initiatives to integrate Agentic AI technologies into products, services, and operations.

+ Oversee product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with market needs and business objectives.

+ Drive go-to-market strategies for AI-driven products and platforms.

+ Lead cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.

+ Build strategic partnerships to accelerate AI adoption and business growth.

+ Author and share insights on AI design patterns and emerging technologies.

+ Shape market narratives and foster a culture of innovation.

+ Conduct financial analysis and market research to inform strategic decisions.

+ Influence executive decision-making through data-driven insights and creative problem-solving.

What you need to have to be considered

+ Proven experience in AI/ML strategy, product management, and innovation leadership.

+ Strong background in marketing strategy, financial analysis, and business development.

+ Expertise in Agentic AI systems and real-time interactive AI technologies.

+ Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.

+ Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in founding and scaling technology ventures.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The hourly salary for this position is between $[141,500 - 166,500] depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
