### Job Duties

If you have construction knowledge, a friendly attitude and value attention to detail, we need you! We are seeking a full time Sales & Estimator Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive accurate, timely and personalized assistance in estimating and purchasing building materials. Must have a solid understanding of construction practices, common project needs and pay attention to detail. Routinely consult with contractors and customers on building plans and projects. Ability to safely and accurately verify and measure onsite for building projects. Place product orders with vendors and verify accuracy of order acknowledgments. Regularly assist walk-in and phone customers. Able to assist with unloading incoming vendor trucks and safely & securely load materials on delivery trucks as needed.

Candidates will have a friendly approachable demeanor and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. Must have a clean driving record and a valid driver’s license. Ability to occasionally safely lift 50 -75 pounds. Assist with deliveries as needed and maintain a safe, organized and clean work environment. Experience operating a forklift is a plus. ### Minimum Education Required

High school diploma or technical/ bachelor's degree in related field
