You will report directly to our Engineering Manager, and you’ll work out of our Woburn, MA location on a Hybrid/ On-site work schedule.

The Production Supervisor will take key responsibility to include developing assembly strategies, managing capacity plans and resources, coordinating with other departments to maintain customer satisfaction

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

+ Oversee and manage the manufacturing process, ensuring adherence to quality standards and production schedules

+ Provide leadership and guidance to the manufacturing engineering team, assigning tasks and monitoring progress

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements for increased efficiency and cost savings

+ Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and mentor junior engineers to foster professional growth and development

+ Ability to use own initiative to ‘troubleshoot’ problems in Production areas

Minimum Requirements:

+ Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or production Engineering or equivalent experience

+ 5-7 years' experience in electronics manufacturing

+ Computer literate using Microsoft software

+ Experience ensuring quality and lessons learned with flow diagrams, PFMEA’s, control plans and quality inspection plans

+ Identifies and recommends new or improved manufacturing processes and technical developments

+ Drive and passion to deliver results in a fast-paced environment

+ Ability to work on own initiative and be creative

+ In order to be eligible for this position, you must be a “US Person” under US export laws (or eligible for approval under a U.S. Government export license) as this role requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by US export laws.

+ Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Continuous improvement certification (LSSGB, LSSBB)

+ Extensive experience maintaining SAP

+ Experience leading teams

+ Active DoD security clearance
