    As an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer at Honeywell, you will play a key role in optimizing production processes, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality. Your expertise will help us stay at the forefront of advanced manufacturing technologies, ensuring innovative, high-quality products. Your contributions will directly impact our bottom line and support our growth as a global technology leader.

     

    You will report directly to our Director Advanced Manufacturing Engineer, and you’ll work at our Rocky Mount NC location on an on-site work schedule.

    SHIFTS AVAILABLE

    Nights: Sunday - Thursday from 10pm - 6am (Shift differential)

    Weekends: Either Wednesday through Sunday or Saturday through Wednesday from 7am - 4pm

    + Lead and oversee advanced manufacturing processes to ensure quality, efficiency, and productivity

    + Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes and drive continuous improvement

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement advanced manufacturing technologies

    + Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions

    + Provide technical expertise and guidance to manufacturing teams

    + Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards

    + Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet production targets

    YOU MUST HAVE

    + Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics

    + Minimum of 2 years experience in manufacturing for aerospace or similar field

    WE VALUE

    + Desired Advanced Engineering degrees like Industrial Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, ME (Mechanical Engineering) etc. based on job title

    + Hands on experience in mechanical troubleshooting

    + Experience in Root Cause Corrective Action

     

    Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have asylum or refugee status in the U.S
