    ### Job Duties

    As a Parts Counter Associate, you will be essential in managing inventory and providing outstanding customer service both in person and on the phone. Your core skills in inventory management, cash handling, POS systems, and communication will enable you to assist customers effectively while ensuring accurate sales transactions. With a focus on ag equipment knowledge, you will also utilize your premium skills in equipment maintenance and diagnostics to enhance customer interactions and support our customers' needs. Additionally, your relevant skills in stocking, order fulfillment, and effective communication will contribute to a seamless experience for our customers.

     

    YOU MUST HAVE RELEVANT PAST EXPERIENCE in retail ag sales as well as advanced computer and organizational skills in order to contribute to our streamlined operation and to make you a vital part of our team dedicated to excellence in service.
