Required Education/Experience

+ Master's Degree and 2 years Relevant work experience or

+ Bachelor's Degree and 5 years Relevant work experience or

+ Associate's Degree and 7 years Relevant work experience or

+ High School Diploma/GED and 9 years Relevant work experience

Relevant Work Experience

+ Minimum of two years of supervisory/managerial experience, required.

+ Working knowledge in one of the following areas: Construction Operations, Field Support, Management, preferred.

+ Construction, Operations or Management Experience, preferred.

+ Proficient in Microsoft Office products and Data Analytics software, preferred.

+ Working knowledge of Maximo CworX, preferred.

+ Ability to drive change and lead strategic initiatives, preferred.

+ Ability to handle multiple assignments with changing priorities while meeting deadlines, preferred.

+ Ability to interact with all levels of management, preferred.

Skills and Abilities

+ Seeks to acquire knowledge in area of specialty

+ Well organized, detail oriented and flexible to handle multiple assignments

+ Develops and delivers effective presentations

Licenses and Certifications

+ Driver's License Required

Physical Demands

+ Sit or stand to answer a phone for the duration of the workday

+ Sit or stand to use a keyboard, mouse, and computer for the duration of the workday

+ Possess manual dexterity and the ability to use hands for the duration of the workday

+ Ability to stoop, bend, reach, and kneel throughout the workday
