Customer Service Representative
**Pay:** $23.00hr.-$25.00hr.
**Location:** Lindon, UT (On-site)
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
**Employment Type:** Full-Time

What You’ll Do as a Customer Service Representative
+ Provide prompt, high-quality customer support across multiple channels, including phone, email, text, and live chat
+ Conduct proactive outbound calls and texts to ensure customer satisfaction and quality assurance
+ Coordinate replacement parts and repair requests for medical professionals and home-use customers
+ Support internal and field sales teams by managing service requests and digital leads
+ Accurately document interactions in the CRM and contribute to service and performance reporting
What We’re Looking For in a Customer Service Representative
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt to both medical professionals and consumers
+ Strong computer and technical skills, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
+ Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
+ A positive, proactive mindset with a strong sense of urgency and accountability
+ Reliable, team-oriented, and committed to consistent on-site attendance
