    Student Worker - JTV Large Animal Teaching Hospital (Equine Overnight)

    Job Summary

    The position in theJTV Large Animal Teaching Hospital is responsible for assisting with patient care in the equine section between 9 pm and 6 am.

    Essential Functions

    The responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

    + Setting up for emergencies

    + Assisting with hourly walk-bys

    + Administer medications

    + Perform physical exams

    + Hang IV fluids

    + Maintain cleanliness of the hospital and animal areas

    + Restock supplies
