    The **Scheduler, Midstream Asset** is responsible for overseeing customer support to shippers, suppliers, connected carriers, and operations as well as coordinating pipeline and terminal logistics for all NGL shipments on behalf of Phillips 66 Midstream Operations owned and operated assets. The Scheduler integrates new business onto scheduling desk, facilitates resolution of issues with key stakeholders, shares expertise to the business, assists in forecasting volumetric changes to plan, and provides progress updates to the business.

    What You’ll Do

    + Cultivating strong relationships with shipping customers, suppliers, and connected facilities.

    + Ensuring scheduling practices follow system proration policies, tariff rules and regulations, and shipper and stockholder contracts

    + Monitoring quality of schedules for efficient operations and customer service

    + Facilitating plans for major pipeline downtime events with operations

    + Integrating new or changing customer business

    + Reporting forecasts for providing inventory forecasts, and supporting monthly metrics gathering

    + Validating system capacity and assisting schedulers with adjustments for downtime or other events

    + Identifying and implementing process improvements

    + Integrate new business onto scheduling desk

    + Maintain FERC compliance

    + Configuring and maintaining scheduling tools and business systems for desk specific activities and efficiency

    + Assisting business development analyze and assess new business opportunities

    + Facilitating resolution to product quality issues to contain costs for customers and Midstream

    + Cross-training to provide desk relief where needed

    + Support accuracy of weekly reports of key milestones, issues, customer service opportunities, and downtime events to the business

    + Communicate effectively to field operations and control center operations

    What You’ll Bring - Required

    + Legally authorized to work in the United States

    + Associate degree or higher

    + 3 or more years of energy industry and/or commodity experience

    + Intermediate or greater proficiency with Microsoft Excel

    + Willing and able to work extended and non-standard hours (including being available on call 24/7 to work remotely) based on business need

    What Makes You Stand Out – Preferred

    + Experience with SAP and Estream

    + 6 or more years of energy industry and/or commodity experience

    + Bachelor’s degree or higher

     

    Compensation Range

     

    This position has a base salary range of $121,500 to $148,500.

    Midstream

     

    The Phillips 66 Midstream business is a safe, reliable, and trusted provider for the movement, storage, gathering, and processing of liquid or gas energy via pipelines or terminals. We are an industry leader in logistics and operate or manage more than 70,000 miles of pipelines that transport crude oil from oil fields to refineries and finished products from refineries to storage terminals. We operate 39 terminals that supply finished products to consumer gas stations, as well as crude oil and NGL storage terminals and NGL fractionation facilities. Our capabilities include extensive natural gas gathering and processing operations, enhancing our wellhead-to-market strategy. We also provide the connectivity between the various Phillips 66 business units.
