    Job Duties and Other Information

    Job Duties:

    As anAdministrative Coordinator, your tasks in this role will consist of but are not limited to:

    + Screens incoming calls.

    + Refers visitors, vendors, contractors to appropriate staff.

    + Monitors the Corporation's daily meeting calendar directs scheduled appointments to appropriate meeting rooms.

    + Maintains and updates front desk protocol book.

    + Assist with Mail Room and Document Management as needed.
