Job Purpose & Scope
The Senior Associate, Digital System Administrator is responsible for coordinating the maintenance, support, and enhancement of the digital technologies supporting Bank OZK’s digital channels while attaining a thorough knowledge of current capabilities and future possibilities.
Essential Job Functions
+ Manages the Bank’s digital online banking systems.
+ Acts as point of contact for Bank employees with digital technology related issues and resolutions.
+ Performs triage for reported system issues, resolving or escalating as needed.
+ Performs routine maintenance requests and troubleshoots issues to update settings and configurations that enable new features or enhance functionality of digital technology.
+ Acts as subject matter expert for the successful completion of assigned projects.
+ Collaborates with other business units to identify deficiencies to be addressed for continued improvement and alignment with Bank’s strategic goals.
+ Manages the maintenance and retention of documents available internally and externally to ensure information matches the current capabilities of the Bank’s digital technologies.
+ Creates, maintains, and assists with test plans to support the business needs of applicable systems and processes.
+ Regularly exercises discretion and judgment in the performance of essential job functions.
+ Maintains good punctuality and attendance to work.
+ Follows Bank policy, procedure, and guidelines.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
+ Knowledge of online and digital banking systems and effective product testing practices.
+ Ability to troubleshoot issues on standard, sensitive, and/or complex accounts.
+ Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing and interact with all levels of employees.
+ Ability to demonstrate excellent and effective technical solutioning skills.
+ Ability to work independently without close supervision.
+ Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast‐paced environment, interacting with highly technical and non‐technical resources.
+ Ability to adapt well and facilitate change.
+ Ability to maintain confidentiality.
+ Ability to work extended hours as necessary to accomplish work objectives.
+ Skill in using computer and Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Basic Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in information technology, or job‐related field, or commensurate work experience, required.
+ 3+ years relevant experience in banking technology or similar industry experience, required.
+ Demonstrated experience with information technology and/or project management methodologies, such as Waterfall or Agile, preferred.
