+ Lead governance discussions that resolve cross-functional data questions and confirm shared understanding of standards and definitions.

+ Partner with Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, IT, and Commercial teams to align data needs with business initiatives.

+ Review data quality trends and metrics, identify systemic issues, and recommend governance or process changes that prevent recurrence.

+ Define and track data quality measures that reflect compliance, accuracy, and business impact.

+ Support future-state data initiatives by advising on governance implications, dependencies, and readiness.

+ Translate business needs into clear data requirements and decision frameworks that teams can apply consistently.

+ Coordinate master data validation efforts while focusing on root causes, not day-to-day maintenance.

+ Communicate governance expectations clearly through documentation, training materials, and working sessions.

+ Provide visibility into governance health through reporting, analysis, and concise updates to leaders.

+ Build strong working relationships that encourage collaboration, transparency, and shared ownership of data outcomes.

You Have At Least (Required Qualifications):

+ Bachelors degree with five or more years of relevant experience, or a Masters degree with three or more years of relevant experience.

+ Three or more years of direct experience in data governance, master data management, or closely related roles.

+ Hands-on experience with SAP S/4 and master data concepts across enterprise systems.

+ Demonstrated experience building or maintaining data dictionaries and business rules used by cross-functional teams.

We Hope You Also Have (Preferred Qualifications):

+ Masters degree in information systems, business, data, or a related field.

+ Experience defining data quality metrics and using them to guide improvement efforts.

+ Background supporting cross-functional initiatives that require alignment across Operations, IT, Finance, and Commercial teams.

+ Experience working in a manufacturing or consumer products environment with complex product lifecycles.
