At Leprino Foods, starting compensation for this role typically ranges between$84,000and$101,000. This position has an annual target bonus of 10%

For our Tracy, CA 300-person union manufacturing facility, we are seeking a Sanitation Supervisor to help us achieve the growth needed to continue moving our organization to even larger levels! We Ask Of You To:

+ Use your natural leadership ability daily to build, lead, mentor, develop, and grow a highly functioning Sanitation team.

+ Champion the plant sanitation initiatives and operate as the local subject matter expert in applicable sanitation policies, programs, and systems.

+ Identify opportunities before they become a problem focusing on root cause analysis and preventive action.

+ Achieve department and plant financial, safety, retention, employee involvement, and other defined objectives.

+ Assures plant compliance with Sanitation Systems, including record keeping, SSOPs, Master Sanitation Schedules, CIP Effectiveness and chemical safety.

You Have (Minimum Qualifications):

+ A Bachelors Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Dairy Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or related fields.

+ Four (4) years of quality, sanitation, and production experience in the food industry.

+ The ability to perform shift work in a 24/7 operational plant (the milk never stops coming).

We Hope You Also Have (Preferred Qualifications):

+ Quality, production, or sanitation experience within the dairy industry.

+ A strong knowledge of HACCP, SQF, quality assurance standards, food laboratory testing methods and operations, and statistical process control techniques.

+ Two (2) years of progressive leadership experience as a supervisor or manager.
