Job Description
Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive, technically-skilled Senior Project Manager to oversee and drive projects across our Embedded Consulting client base. The ideal candidate will bring a broad understanding of solutions from Oracle Health and industry best practices. This first-level project management position provides consistent creative and high quality solution leadership ensuring project quality and timely delivery within budget to the customer’s satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Lead moderately complex implementations of integrated Oracle solutions, ensuring quality, on-time, on-budget delivery and high customer satisfaction. Combine industry best practices and Oracle product expertise to meet customer objectives while following Oracle methodologies, policies, and contractual obligations to minimize risk.
Key responsibilities:
+ Direct cross-functional delivery teams; provide guidance, remove blockers, and coach team members on standards and best practices.
+ Manage scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and project plans for small projects and sub-projects.
+ Proactively identify and manage risks/issues; escalate and provide mitigation plans when milestones or schedules are at risk.
+ Ensure alignment to the statement of work, customer standards, and Oracle delivery methodologies; maintain consistency and quality across all deliverables.
+ Communicate clear, executive-ready status updates to customer stakeholders and Oracle leadership.
+ Influence customer management decisions to drive adoption, resolve conflicts, and achieve business outcomes.
+ Manage acceptance of deliverables; partner closely with customers to set, track, and manage expectations.
+ Support business development by identifying extensions and new opportunities; provide domain credibility to consulting sales.
+ Govern change control and contractual adherence to minimize Oracle’s risk and exposure.
+ Oversee support-phase deliverables and schedules as projects transition to stabilization and ongoing support.
Qualifications:
+ Proven experience leading technology implementation projects (preferably Oracle Cloud Applications or Technology).
+ Strong stakeholder management, communication, and executive presence.
+ Expertise in scope/change control, risk/issue management, and project financials.
+ Familiarity with Oracle delivery methodologies, policies, and compliance requirements.
+ Ability to translate business needs into solution approaches aligned with industry best practices.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only
US: Hiring Range in USD from: $79,100 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

10. Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
