Job Summary:
MUFG is seeking Software Engineers interested in building end-to-end DevSecOps platform. This position is critical to the building and enabling DevSecOps capabilities for the bank's lines of business teams supporting the build their applications.
A candidate should have forward-thinking and deep interest in developing DevSecOps principles.
In this role you will collaborate with other senior technical team members and other developers to conceptualize, design, and deliver innovative technology solutions.
You will interact with various technology, product, and business teams across MUFG. Help onboarding to the DevSecOps environment and support developers across the bank.
Oversee projects that adhere to continuous delivery practices with automated unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing pipelines.
Perform complex application design and programming activities in the latest technologies: Java, .Net, Node, REST, microservices, AWS/Cloud infrastructure, Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, Ansible, Azure DevOps, and GitHub Enterprise.
Provide technical leadership in terms of architecting applications, mentoring developers, making smart technology decisions, production deployment and more.
Deliver projects that adhere to continuous delivery practices with automated unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing pipelines.
Develop and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code for consistent and repeatable environment deployment.
Support agile development teams by developing and maintaining tools, pipelines, scripts, and environments.
Ability to research and learn new methodologies and technologies and bring knowledge to the team.
Ability to present information to wide variety of audiences, including senior management.
Qualifications:
+ 2-5 years working with teams in building and deployment of application on Micro-Service Oriented Architectures, Containerization, Infrastructure as Code, OpenShift, Kubernetes, Azure/AWS/Cloud infrastructure.
+ 2-5 years' experience with CICD tools like Ansible, Azure DevOps, Tekton, ArgoCD, GitHub Enterprise, Terraform.
+ 2 years' experience with SCA, SAST (SonarQube, Veracode, Nexus), SBOM and DAST(OWASP Zap).
+ 2 years' experience with test automation tools.
+ 2 years' experience with package managers like Helm.
+ 2 years' experience with Confluence, JIRA and Outlook.
+ 2 years' experience with Java, Python, SQL, Node, .Net, Angular, React and Agile.
+ 1 year experience with Vault (Hashicorp/Conjur) and integration with CICD pipelines and K8s/OCP.
+ 1 year experience with K8s/ocp/aws cli.
+ Strong Linux and Windows experience.
+ Familiarity with financial services and banking regulatory frameworks and compliance standards
+ Familiar with Agile Development Methodology
+ Banking, Financial services experience is preferred.
+ Candidates must be available for monthly night rotation shifts to maintain 24-hour operations.
Education:
•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a closely-related discipline, or an equivalent combination of formal education and experience

The typical base pay range for this role is between $108k - $128k depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonuses and/or incentive compensation.
