    Aon is looking for an Agile Business Accelarator Producct Manager in Kalispell, Montana!

     

    Drive Aon Affinity’s profitable growth and innovate its offerings by joining our recently formed Agile Business Accelerator (“ABA”) team. The ABA is a highly visible organization, responsible for incubating new insurance and insurance related offerings, and improving existing offerings, across Aon Affinity’s multiple business units and programs in B2B, B2B2C, and B2C segments. The Product Manager will partner with Affinity business and functional leadership to create case and buy-in for opportunities both internally and with key external partners.

    Job Responsibilities:

    + Lead by influence cross-functional teams (business units, subject matter experts, marketing, underwriting, actuaries, operations, technology, user experience and design) to develop go-to-market and resource plans for offering operating model, operational scale, and technology & digital enablement requirements

    + Assess addressable market opportunities, develop and/or evaluate supporting business case

    + Scope and prioritize requirements & activities based on business ROI and customer impact

    + Develop positioning strategies, drive launches, and evaluate messaging with stakeholders

    + Apply test and learn approach to design and development, measuring impact/appropriate KPIs to incorporate into go-forward iteration

    + Act as a product and solution evangelist to build awareness and understanding

    + Own a portion of the ABA opportunities and take responsibility for solutioning design, development, launch and revenue associated with these opportunities

    Job Requirements:

    + Extensive experience (min 3 years) in product development or as a Product Owner or Product Manager working in an Agile framework, ideally leading Agile teams

    + Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product and service throughout its development lifecycle

    + 5 years of business experience, including 1+ years in a regulated industry (insurance, banking, financial services, or healthcare)

    + Belief in a non-hierarchical culture of collaboration, transparency, and trust across the team with the ability to communicate complex messages and trade-offs by telling a compelling story with sufficient gravitas to galvanize the team and make real-time decisions

    + Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and get work done through and with others while navigating complex large matrixed organizations while maintaining an Agile discipline

    Pay Transparency Laws:

    The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $100,000 to $105,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.

     

    This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon’s annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
