Job Summary

**Overview:** The Beverage Supervisor plays a key role in maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring proper product distribution, and supporting the overall efficiency of our beverage operations during events.

Responsibilities:

+ Accurately track and record all liquor inventory before, during, and after events.

+ Issue, receive, and reconcile product transfers between stands and storage areas.

+ Maintain organized storage areas and ensure proper handling of all alcoholic beverages.

+ Monitor product usage and report discrepancies or waste to management.

+ Assist with product counts, documentation, and post-event inventory reports.

+ Ensure compliance with all company policies and alcohol service regulations.

+ Communicate effectively with stand leads, managers, and other departments to ensure accurate and timely product distribution.

+ Support the Beverage and Warehouse teams as needed to maintain smooth event operations by use of Levy’s Inventory Tracking System.

Qualifications:

+ • Previous experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or beverage management preferred.

+ • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

+ • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, event-driven environment.

+ • Basic math and computer skills for recording and reporting inventory.

+ • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods.

+ • Must be 21 years of age or older.

**Schedule:** Part-time, event-based position. Hours vary based on the Sloan Park event schedule, including weekends and evenings
