_Rate: $65 - $70 / hr. w2_

Responsibilities:

+ **Project Management:**

+ Lead EMR implementation and upgrade projects from initiation to completion.

+ Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.

+ Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed to meet objectives.

+ **Stakeholder Engagement:**

+ Collaborate with clinical, administrative, and IT teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment.

+ Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership.

+ **System Implementation & Optimization:**

+ Oversee system configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.

+ Ensure EMR systems meet regulatory, security, and interoperability standards.

+ Identify opportunities for workflow improvements and system enhancements.

+ **Vendor Management:**

+ Coordinate with EMR vendors and third-party consultants.

+ Manage contracts, service level agreements, and vendor performance.

+ **Risk & Change Management:**

+ Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

+ Manage change control processes and ensure documentation is up to date.

Experience Requirements:

+ 7-10 years of experience in IT project management, with at least 2 years in EMR systems or Healthcare IT environments

+ International experience - will primarily be responsible for UK/Europe environments

+ Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and compliance requirements (HIPAA, HITECH).

+ Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
