    Well-established practice consisting of both Elective Surgery and Acute Care Services

    Summary

    Established practice with 15 surgeons and 12 advanced practice providers - The General Surgery department offers a supportive work environment fostering mentorship, collaboration, and growth. This position will have the option to build a busy elective practice or focus on Acute Care Surgeries. Additional options to focus on advanced laparoscopic, robotic, oncology, and trauma surgery cases.

    Schedule

    + Full-time FTE

    + Call schedule - 1:13 Night. 1:4 Weekend

    + Outreach travel: approximately 2 days per week, allowing you to make a meaningful impact in various communities

    Pay and Benefits

    + Salary range: $430,000 - $540,000 per year

    + Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity

    + Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate

    + May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation.

    Qualifications

    + BE/BC in General Surgery

    + Eligibility for Minnesota medical licensure
