_Hybrid in Charlotte, NC_

We are seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead a large-scale, enterprise implementation and configuration program involving multiple strategic vendors. This role requires strong IT acumen, the ability to operate at both the project and program level, and experience managing complex, multi-vendor enterprise initiatives.

_Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance._

_Rate: $65 - $70 / hr. w2_

Responsibilities:

+ Lead and manage a complex, enterprise-scale implementation and configuration initiative

+ Coordinate delivery across multiple internal teams, external vendors, and implementation partners

+ Manage multiple concurrent workstreams and dependencies at a program level

+ Serve as the central point of coordination and accountability across all vendor partners

+ Develop, maintain, and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies

+ Drive execution with a strong focus on outcomes, delivery, and measurable results

+ Identify, mitigate, and resolve risks and issues proactively

+ Provide clear, concise, executive-level status reporting and communications

+ Interface directly with senior leaders and executives with professionalism and polish

+ Ensure alignment between technical requirements, business objectives, and delivery timelines

+ Apply strong IT acumen to understand system impacts, implementation requirements, and integration needs

Experience Requirements:

+ Senior-level experience managing large-scale enterprise IT projects

+ Proven experience working with multiple vendors in a complex delivery environment

+ Strong IT acumen, with the ability to understand and coordinate technical project requirements

+ Direct experience with ServiceNow implementations (highly preferred)

+ Demonstrated ability to operate at both project management and program management levels

+ Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
