_Hybrid in Charlotte, NC_

One of my clients in the Charlotte area is looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join their team. This role involves serving as the intermediary between business stakeholders, technical teams, and project leadership to facilitate a seamless transition to our new cloud-based solution. The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering requirements, identifying gaps, defining processes, and supporting testing and deployment activities.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with SAP eCommerce and a strong background in IT Business Analysis. This includes expertise in technical requirements, process mapping, data migration support, and data mapping. The Senior Business Analyst will be instrumental in connecting our business objectives with technical solutions.

_Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance._

_Rate: $48 - $50 / hr. w2_

Responsibilities:

+ Convert business needs into detailed functional specifications for features within SAP Commerce Cloud.

+ Establish requirements for migrating data related to product catalogs, customer profiles, and past orders.

+ Collaborate with technical teams to outline integration needs.

+ Ensure data accuracy throughout the migration process and support reconciliation efforts.

Experience Requirements:

+ In-depth knowledge of eCommerce operations, including catalog management, pricing strategies, promotional activities, checkout processes, and customer support.

+ Proven track record in managing data migration and integration projects.

Education Requirements:

+ Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university or 7 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
