We have an excellent opportunity to join one of the fastest-growing clients as a **Systems Support Analyst** in the **Westlake TX, Salt Lake City UT, Durham NC or Merrimack NH area** ! This position will start out as a 12-month contract with a likelihood to extend beyond the initial period and offers you the chance to work with a well-established company known for its growth and stability.

_Rate: $50-55/ hr. w2_

Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled technical problem solver with a strong background in production support to join a **Major Incident Management** team. This hybrid role blends incident leadership responsibilities with hands-on technical work across **cloud, infrastructure, and application environments** .

Including:

+ Lead and support **major production incidents** , ensuring rapid triage, coordination, and resolution

+ Serve as a technical escalation point across **cloud, infrastructure, and application environments**

+ Monitor enterprise systems and identify issues before they impact the business

+ Coordinate cross-functional teams during high-severity incidents and communicate status clearly to stakeholders

+ Perform root cause analysis and contribute to long-term stability and operational improvements

+ Support a centralized monitoring and incident management function covering applications, distributed systems, cloud, networks, end-user computing, and security

Experience Requirements:

+ A minimum of 5+ years of hybrid experience in Production Support, Development or SRE Experience. Hands-On experience developing or supporting highly distributed multi-tiered systems at scale

Education Requirements:

+ Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technology related field (like Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology)
