    General Surgery – Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – Willmar, MN

     

    Established practice with 4 surgeons and 3 advanced practice providers. Extensive mentoring program

    Summary

    + Reflux Care and Bariatric Surgery Focus

    + OR first assisting and clinic

    + Locations served-CentraCare Willmar Clinic, CentraCare-Rice Memorial Hospital and CentraCare-Willmar Surgery Center, possible outreach

    + On the job training will be provided

    Schedule

    + Full-time 1.0 FTE

    + Monday- Friday, Days

    + 1:6 to 1:7 first assist call

    Pay and Benefits

    + Salary range: $118,913.60 - $153,795.20 per year

    + Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity

    + Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate

    + May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation.

    Qualifications

    Required:

    + Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program

    + Eligibility for Minnesota licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

    + ACLS certification is required

    + Must be able to treat all ages

    Preferred:

    + Surgery experience preferred

    + Previous experience as an Advanced Practice Provider, preferred
