    Summary

    + 5 neurosurgeons and 6 advanced practice providers

    + Service area approaching one million people

    + High Volume Center

    + Level II Trauma Center, Neurosciences Unit

    + State-of-the-art technology and surgical approaches

    + Only Neurosurgical group in Central Minnesota

    Schedule

    + Mix of clinic and OR

    + Clinic hours 8am-5pm

    + 1:5 Call – Call supported by APPs

    Pay and Benefits

    + Salary range: $790,000 - $990,000 per year

    + Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity

    + Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate

    + May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation.
