    General Surgeon wanted to join the team in this full spectrum practice with home call for level 3 trauma center in Southwestern Minnesota

    Summary

    + Mix of office based and surgical practice with light trauma

    + Experienced and fellowship trained partners in colorectal, laparoscopic, and foregut procedures

    + Part of CentraCare’s established St. Cloud practice with 15 surgeons and 10 advanced practice providers who provide support with subspecialized surgery and higher acuity such as advanced laparoscopic, vascular, thoracic, oncology and trauma surgery cases

    + Daytime hours

    + Call 1:4/5

    + Outreach one day/week

    Pay and Benefits

    + Salary range: $430,000 - $540,000 per year

    + Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity

    + Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate

    + May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation.

    + BE/BC in General Surgery

    + Eligibility for Minnesota medical licensure
