    Schedule

    + Full-time | 1.0 FTE | Onsite at CentraCare – Redwood Falls

    + Days | 8-hour shifts | 7:30am – 5pm

    + 4-day work week Option

    + OB care Optional | C-section optional | No required ED Coverage

    + Call 1:5

    Pay and Benefits

    + Salary range: $250,000 - $290,000 per year

    + Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity

    + Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate

    + May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation.

    Qualifications

    Required:

    + BE/BC in Family Medicine

    + Eligibility for Minnesota medical licensure
