    Job Description

    A client in the Goodlettsville, TN area is looking for a Project Coordinator to join the Fixtures teams team. This position will be in office 4 days, the coordinator will be tracking fixture packages sent from the vendor to the store locations. They will be tracking these packages the moment they are sent from the vendor to the store, making sure they are arriving on time and where they are. This position is very Excel and Admin based, while also being on the phone with the vendors. Will record the tracking numbers from the carriers and inputting into Excel. Will also be placing fixture orders with vendors to ensure they arrive at the new store/remodel stores. Placing orders, tracking orders, following up with the stores to ensure that they received the fixtures.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    Bachelors Degree (open to someone right out of college)

     

    Microsoft Office experience, basic Excel

     

    Needs to have great customer service and good communication skills since they will be on the phones

     

    Able to multi-task and keep things in order

     

    Ability to work in deadline environment Experience in Retail or Merchandising

     

    Experience with Supply Chain (tracking packages)
