Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Contracts Counsel to support our growing business. This role will focus on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex vendor and partnership agreements, ensuring compliance and mitigating risk while enabling business objectives.

Skills and Requirements

Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent legal degree.

Minimum 5 years of commercial contracting experience (in-house experience strongly preferred).

Strong expertise in vendor and partnership agreements.

Industry experience in pharmacy and/or pharmaceutical manufacturing.

Proven ability to manage multiple contracts efficiently under tight deadlines.

Exceptional drafting, issue-spotting, and communication skills.
