Job Description
Responsible for managing and growing sponsorship, advertising, and exhibit opportunities for a client. Focus on maintaining strong partner relationships, securing new partnerships, and supporting educational events.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage 6–8 existing accounts; grow up to 10 total with 90% retention.
• Drive sponsorship and exhibit sales (no cold calling).
• Identify new partnership opportunities and execute fulfillment plans.
• Collaborate with marketing and education teams on strategies and course support.
• Handle contracts, invoices, and reporting; monitor budgets with Finance.
• Assist with annual meeting logistics and equipment coordination.

Skills and Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
• 5+ years in consultative sales (association/medical preferred).
• Experience in exhibit sales and sponsorships.
• Strong communication, organizational, and tech skills (Salesforce, SAGE, Asana, Slack, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
