Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a skilled and motivated Computer Hardware Architect to support the design, implementation, and sustainment of secure command and control (C2) solutions in classified environments. This role is critical to delivering reliable, mission-ready hardware systems for both fixed secure facilities and field/remote deployments. The ideal candidate will work closely with government stakeholders and cross-functional technical teams, providing hands-on architectural expertise across the full system lifecycle while operating primarily onsite in secure facilities.

Skills and Requirements
• Required: meet DoD IAT Level 1 (CompTIA Security + and OS/Computing Environment certification)
• Other desirable certifications:
o Certified Data Center Design Professional (CDCDP)
o Certified Hardware and Technology Engineer (CHTE)
o CompTIA IT Fundamentals
o CompTIA Ao CompTIA Projecto CompTIA IT Operations Specialist
• 5+ years of experience with implementation and understanding of Engineering principles in a professional environment
• Bachelor of Science in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Engineering or related field
• 5+ years of experience in the development, implementation, and maintenance of computer system architectures
• Critical thinking
• Reading comprehension
• Creativity
• Technical Writing
• Presentations to management
• Working in Small Groups
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to dynamically prioritize tasks
• Organized with attention to detail and accuracy
• CAD Skills Desired
