    Job Description

    • Own and execute personalization roadmap to improve email customer experience and marketing KPIs through the use of 1:1 data-driven content

    • Develop and manage business rules and logic for personalization tactics to ensure dynamic content is being displayed as expected

    • Manage technical resources responsible for implementing personalization tactics by providing business requirements and creative assets, managing priorities and defining timelines

    • Partner with channel owners and IT resources to manage data flows and MarTech system integrations necessary for data-driven personalization

    Intermediate Javascript Knowledge

     

    Digital creative/design via Adobe Photoshop; full Adobe suite a plus

     

    Email campaign development

     

    Proven marketing campaign optimization experience

     

    A/B Testing Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Studio

     

    Ampscript coding via Salesforce Marketing Cloud

     

    Email journey development

     

    Experience with Movable Ink

     

    Solid understanding of email analytics data for optimizing campaigns and for reporting A/B testing results
