    Job Description

    1. Overall Project Manager support for all the Hidden services initiatives

    • Strategic planning: Develops and implements the overall project strategy, ensuring it aligns with organizational objectives

    • Execution and oversight: Manages the program lifecycle, monitors progress, and coordinates interdependent projects to ensure milestones are met

    • Resource and budget management: Manages the program's budget and allocates resources across all related projects

    • Risk and change management: Identifies, assesses, and manages risks and issues, and implements corrective actions. Oversees change management initiatives.

    1. Stakeholder communication: Manages communication with all stakeholders and reports on program performance

    • Work the AO, EM, and Services Directors on strategic and tactical support for Hidden

    • Support AO, EM, and Services Directors for internal & external Program reviews

    • Create and own a detailed overall project plan

    • Coordinate with Customer Program/Project Manager

    • Escalation management

    • PLM Deployment experience and management

    Skills and Requirements

     

    - 8+ years of experience as a technical project manager overseeing multiples project managers

     

    - Experience as a project manager leading PLM or MES implementations

     

    -Experience with resource management, budgeting and scheduling Experience managing teamcenter or opcenter projects
