Job Description

We are looking for an MA or LPN who has experience in a clinic setting who can cover for a primary care / occupational health clinic. This clinic sees ages 2+. This clinic sees physicals, sick visits, well woman, office visits, workers comp injury, bus driver physicals, does DOT UDS, POCT (strep, covid, flu, urine dip, urine preg), EKGs, draw labs, etc. We need someone proficient in phlebotomy who can run the lab schedule independently. This clinic uses Labcorp to send our labs out to, Epic and OHM for charting.

LPN/CMA shift 1:

Monday- 7am-11am

Tuesday- 7am-3pm

Wednesday- 7am-5:30pm (hour lunch)

Thursday- 7am-5:30pm (hour lunch)

Friday 7am-4:30pm (hour lunch)

LPN/CMA shift 2:

Monday- 7am-6pm

Tuesday- 7am-6pm

Wednesday- 7am-12pm

Thursday- 7am-12pm

Friday- 7am-12pm

Skills and Requirements

-2+ years of experience as a CMA/LPN

-active certification

-Phlebotomy experience -EPIC exp

-Primary care/ occ health exp
