    About the Role: We are searching for a high-energy, motivated Electromechanical Engineer to join our Life Sciences client’s growing Supply Chain Engineering group. This individual will bring their expertise and aptitude to learn to the team onsite daily. The role involves collaborating cross-functionally with teams like manufacturing, quality, R&D, etc., to investigate non-conforming materials and escalations around part failure.

    Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

    1. Investigate non-conforming materials and escalations around part failure.

    2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality, and R&D.

    3. Utilize SolidWorks for GD&T drawings.

    4. Apply Change Controls using tools like Agile, Windchill, Arena.

    5. Engage in continuous learning and bring a high level of energy and motivation to the team.

    Skills and Requirements

    1. 4+ years’ experience as estimator or draftsmen in a precision machine shop environment

    2. 4+ years’ experience in working cross-functionally with R&D and Quality groups.

    3. 3+ years of mechanical engineering experience with some electrical engineering background (basic DMM understanding)

    4. Engaging personality with strong written & verbal communication skills and an analytical appetite

    5. Proficiency in GD&T drawings with SolidWorks.

    6. Understanding of Change Controls with tools like Agile, Windchill, Arena, etc. 1. Medical Device industry background.
