    Job Description

    A client of Insight Global is looking for a Data Analyst to join their global Digital transformation team in Dallas, TX. This candidate will be customer-facing working directly with internal teams, so exceptional communication and soft skills are a must. This person will clear Jira tickets from the business users to resolve internal issues as it relates to data. This candidate will be responsible for identifying, cleaning, analyzing and interpreting data from a variety of sources. The Data Analyst will create and update personalized interactive dashboards to help teams track their work or display data in different capacities. This person will need strong problem-solving skills to identify issues and propose data-driven solutions. This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days onsite (T/W/TH) and 2 days remote (M/F) working the hours of 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM CST.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    3-4+ years of experience working in data analytics or data modeling

     

    Experience utilizing BI tools and analytics platforms (Power BI, Google Analytics, Looker, BigQuery, or Snowflake)

     

    Experience with JIRA ticketing system

     

    Experience with A/B testing with tools like ABTasty, Optimizely, or Content Square

     

    Previous experience in an E-commerce, B2B, or retail environment

     

    Excellent communication and soft skills Experience programming in SQL or Python

     

    Electrical distribution industry experience

     

    Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Data Management & Analytics, or related field
