• Integrations Product Manager

    Job Description

    The Integrations Product Manager is responsible for owning all third-party integrations into the Fortress Property Management System (PMS). This role defines integration scope, requirements, timelines, and success criteria, and works directly with engineering and external partners to deliver reliable, secure, real-time data integrations.

     

    This role serves as the primary and often sole point of contact between Fortress and integration partners. The Integrations Product Manager represents the client in technical and product discussions, is accountable for communication quality, and ensures partners have clear, consistent experience working with the client.

     

    • Own third-party integrations into the PMS

    • Serve as primary point of contact for integration partners

    • Represent the client in partner technical and product discussions

    • Define integration scope, requirements, and success criteria

    • Translate partner APIs and webhooks into product requirements

    • Partner with engineering on event-driven integrations

    • Identify and manage integration-related risks

    • Create and maintain integration documentation

    Skills and Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or equivalent experience

    • 3+ years of relevant professional experience

    • Experience with API- or webhook-based integrations

    • Strong technical problem-solving skills

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills

    • Ability to work independently and drive execution

    • Product management experience · Familiarity with event-driven systems

    • Understanding of integration reliability concepts

    • Experience working cross-functionally with engineering teams
