Job Description

• Insight Global is looking for a Data Entry Specialist to join their clients team (15-20 hours a week). This candidate will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of the college admissions process by reviewing student applications for accuracy and conducting in-depth investigations into suspicious submissions. The position involves analyzing application data, identifying potential fraudulent activity, and ensuring compliance with institutional standards. Work is assigned on an as-needed basis, with no predetermined number of hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Review student applications for accuracy and potential fraudulent activity.

• Conduct in-depth investigations into suspicious application submissions, including detailed data analysis and verification of supporting documentation.

• Identify patterns and anomalies that may indicate fraudulent behavior.

• Document findings thoroughly and provide weekly updates summarizing investigations, observations, and recommendations.

• Collaborate with internal teams such as Admissions, Marketing, and IT to strengthen review and prevention processes.

• Assist in refining workflows and criteria to improve detection and investigative practices.

• Stay informed on emerging fraud tactics and adjust evaluation methods accordingly.
