    Job Description

    Insight Global is seeking an experienced construction superintendent to lead construction startup activities for diverse projects, including interior, renovation, and ground-up construction. This individual will provide on-site leadership, act as the primary liaison between project teams, and ensure alignment between client goals and business objectives. This induvial needs to be comfortable and flexible with travel throughout Florida. (Milage reimbursement is offered for travel exceeding 50 miles one way, along with a vehicle allowance).

    Day to day includes:

    - Coordinate and manage all activities related to construction startup.

     

    - Serve as the primary point of contact and authority for all on-site construction activities.

     

    - Communicate project priorities clearly to site personnel and subcontractors.

     

    - Maintain quality standards across all aspects of the project.

     

    - Lead all on-site safety efforts, ensuring a safe jobsite for all involved.

     

    - Ensure complete and accurate daily documentation of work orders/tickets.

     

    - Understand subcontractor scope of work to avoid unnecessary change orders.

     

    - Identify problems early and act immediately to provide solutions.

     

    - Develop and organize the site team, including arranging temporary facilities/utilities.

     

    - Identify and expedite long-lead items.

     

    - Collaborate closely with the project manager and site operations team throughout the project lifecycle.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    - 10+ years of construction experience OR A degree in construction or related field and 5+ years of experience.

     

    - Proven background in diverse projects (interior, renovation, ground-up construction).

     

    - Strong leadership and communication skills.

     

    -Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain compliance with safety standards.

     

    - Proficiency in documentation and understanding subcontractor scopes - OSHA 30 Certification

     

    - CPR Certification
