Job Description

Insight Global seeks a Staff Technical Program Manager to support a fast growing fintech client in Austin, TX. This resource will play a pivotal role within their technology department, responsible for overseeing and guiding the development and execution of complex technical programs that align with the organization's strategic vision. This key role ensures that projects meet specified timelines, budget requirements, and quality standards, while also fostering innovation and collaboration across multiple teams. Key responsibilities include:

-Strategic Program Management: Lead large-scale technology projects from concept through execution. Develop program strategies, outlining timelines, budgets, and resource requirements. Ensure alignment of the programs with the corporate strategy.

-Collaboration and Leadership: Foster strong, collaborative relationships with all stakeholders, including technology and business leaders. Lead and mentor project managers and other staff. Ensure communication across all levels, creating buy-in from all stakeholders.

-Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the program lifecycle. Ensure contingency plans are in place and adjust program direction in response to changing environments.

-Performance Measurement: Define clear metrics for success and implement performance measurement tools to monitor and report on progress. Evaluate the outcomes of the program to ensure goals have been met and to inform future project roadmaps.

-Technical Oversight: Oversee the technical aspects of projects, ensuring the integration of new technology and systems into existing company infrastructure. Provide technical guidance where necessary.

-Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and financial compliance.

-Change Management: Lead change management initiatives, ensuring technology adoption and smooth transitions. Oversee training and support programs that promote project outcomes.

Skills and Requirements

-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

-8-10 years of experience in project or program management within a technological environment, with proven experience managing staff and leading large-scale projects.

-Certification in Project Management (PMP), Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP), or equivalent.

-Technical Proficiency: Experience with the latest technologies used in software development, cloud services, and system integration.

-Proven Track Record: Demonstrable success in the strategic planning and execution of large technology programs. Experience in change management and business process improvement.

-Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the current technological trends, potential challenges, and strategic solutions relevant to the tech industry
