Job Description

A client is looking for a Senior Accountant, Tax Research to join their Sales and Used Tax team! They will be responsible for managing tax help tickets working with both external and internal customers. They will read and analyze tickets and from there communicate any findings or issues, etc. The tickets will consist of customer tax exemptions, validating tax jurisdictions and rates, and tax refund requests.

Skills and Requirements

- At least 5 years of experience answering and supporting tax help tickets (customer tax exemptions, tax jurisdictions and rates, tax assignments)

- Strong tax research experience within all 50 states

- Experience supporting multi state taxes for all 50 states

- Strong communication skills - CCH experience

- Vertex 0 Series

- Compliance and Audit experience
