• Onsite Desktop Support Technician

    Job Description

    We are hiring a group of 10 desktop support technicians to image over 1500 machines. This will require onsite support 5 days a week in the North Richland Hills area. These individuals will need to be diligent and reliable. They will be using a thumb drive to pull down new images from SCCM and utilize Pixie boot to image. They also will be required to use Active Directory to look up if machines are enabled or disabled and also to make system updates. Lastly, we would like to find individuals who have experience with service now and updating the CMDB.

     

    They are also looking for one role to be a coordinator and help keep track of inventory and the spreadsheets associated, as well as update ServiceNow for the laptops being shipped out.

    Compensation:

    $20/hr to $21/hr.

     

    Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, skills, experience, and education.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    - 2 years of desktop support experience

     

    - Experience with imagining machines with Pixie Boot

     

    - Experience working with SCCM and other imaging tools

     

    - Familiar with Active Directory - Service now experience

     

    - In person desktop support troubleshooting
