Job Description
We are seeking two experienced Project Control Leads (Contractor roles) to support large-scale projects (pipelines, terminals, storage, or gas plants). These roles require advanced project controls expertise across all project phases (pre-construction, execution, closeout) for large projects typically ranging from $550M to over $1B. Candidates must be able to manage both greenfield and brownfield activities and work closely with internal teams and contractors to ensure successful project delivery.

Skills and Requirements
• Minimum 10+ years of direct Project Controls experience (not cumulative career experience).
• At least 5 years in Project Controls within oil & gas, refining, or chemical industries.
• 5+ years of EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) Project Controls experience (pipelines, terminals, storage, or gas plants; greenfield/brownfield).
• Experience with large projects ($550M–$1B+) or multiple smaller projects with increasing responsibility.
• Advanced SAP skills.
• Proficient in EcoSys (user level), SharePoint, and MS Office.
• Expert in estimating, budgeting, forecasting (WBS), project controls, cost engineering, planning, and scheduling.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School diploma or GED
