    Job Description

    Act as a liaison between business users and IT teams, ensuring open communication and collaboration.

     

    Gather, document, and translate business requirements into technical specifications.

     

    Support governance processes and ensure compliance with established standards.

     

    Assist the Project Manager in maintaining timelines, deliverables, and overall project momentum.

     

    Coordinate and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

     

    Provide support for application development, data, infrastructure, and security initiatives.

     

    Handle light system patching and work with technologies such as Oracle and Microsoft.

     

    Prepare and deliver presentations and reports using Excel and PowerPoint.

     

    Ensure alignment of project targets and objectives across stakeholders.

     

    pay: 45-49/hr

    Skills and Requirements

     

    Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.

     

    Strong understanding of IT concepts and ability to translate technical details for business stakeholders.

     

    Experience with waterfall methodology; familiarity with agile practices is a plus.

     

    Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and UAT testing.

     

    Exposure to system patching and enterprise platforms (Oracle, Microsoft).

     

    Knowledge of governance processes and ability to enforce compliance.

     

    Excellent organizational skills with the ability to align targets and priorities.
