    Job Description

    A typical day for this role will be assessing the backlog of tickets, triage and daily maintenance.

     

    Logging on to system and going into ServiceNow and looking into SIRs – taking care of any tier 1 or tier 2 tickets and escalating as needed.

    Good understanding of communication

     

    Good taking direct feedback
