    Job Description

    Our Consumer Manufacturing Client is seeking a Project Manager to lead a team of Packaging Engineers for a Technical Transfer within the Technical Operations Team. This individual will own the overall project execution, governance, and stakeholder alignment and report back to the clients leadership team with progress of the project. They will lead kickoff and planning activities and maintain the project schedule and deliverables. They will coordinate cross-functional teams from the client to External Manufacturing clients to internal resources. They will manage reporting cadence from weekly updates, individual progress, and milestone reports. Ensuring compliance with the client's SOP guidelines and project scope and tracking risk/issues will be part of this individuals responsibility.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    - Strong Project Management background in consumer manufacturing or tech transfer

     

    - Familiarity with tooling, PLTs, and validation processes

     

    - Excellent communication and stakeholders management - Packaging Experience

     

    - Tech Ops Experience
