Job Description

Our Consumer Manufacturing Client is seeking a Lead Packaging Engineer to lead a technical transfer of Blister Packaging line. This individual will need to travel to the PLT's to be the technical lead for blister packaging line readiness and trials. They will be defining tooling requirements for blister lines, overseeing installation and setup at EM sites, and planning and executing blister PLTs. In doing so they will review results and corrective action and document the protocol and reports. They will be supporting validation (IQ/OQ) and QA sign-offs. They will work with internal employees as well as EM employees. This role would do best sitting in the Northeast to minimize travel requirements.

- Knowledge of SOPs and validation protocols

- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize line performance

- Blister Packaging Experience - Experience leading Tech Transfers
