    Job Description

    Insight Global is looking for a TS/SCI ISSM to join a DOD client at Lackland AFB in San Antonio, TX. They will be responsible for:

     

    - Build and manage ATO packages in eMASS including developing and maintaining SSPs, RARs, POA&Ms, SARs, Test Plans/Results, and all required evidence and inheritance mappings.

     

    - Translate NIST SP 800‑53 controls into engineering tasks; validate with assessors and document objective evidence.

     

    - Coordinate scans (ACAS/Nessus, SCAP), review findings (CAT I/II/III), track POA&M items, and drive timely closure.

     

    - Establish dashboards, metrics, and processes to sustain compliance, manage Plan of Action & Milestones, and maintain authorization posture.

     

    - Engage ISSOs/ISSMs, AOs, SCA teams, engineers, and mission owners; prepare briefings and status reports.

     

    - Document common control providers, enclave/boundary protections, and leverage inherited controls effectively in eMASS.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    -Active TS/SCI Clearance

     

    -Bachelor's Degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science or Related Field

     

    - 10+ years of experience in the DOD and/or IT field

     

    -3-5 years of experience in or surrounding the implementation of the Risk Management Framework (RMF)

     

    - Direct hands-on eMASS experience building and maintaining ATO packages.

     

    -Ability to work within an Agile environment

     

    -Active Sec+ Certification
